Operations Manager

About the role

Rivolitekstil is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operational activities across its fabric production, inventory and order fulfilment functions in Istanbul. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for ensuring efficient, high‑quality manufacturing and timely delivery of premium wedding and event fabrics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, scheduling and inventory control to meet demand forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, sales and customer service to align operational priorities.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Track performance metrics, analyse KPIs and drive process optimisation initiatives.
• Support budget planning, cost control and forecasting of operational needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, process optimisation and workflow planning.
• Background in inventory control, production scheduling and supply‑chain coordination, preferably in textiles or fashion manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English are preferred.
