Sales Executive, B2B Software & AI Solutions

About the role

Soluvide is expanding into the Syrian market and is looking for two Sales Executives to promote its AI‑driven chatbots, agents and business automation solutions. The role is full‑time, remote‑first and based in Damascus, covering key cities such as Aleppo, Latakia and Homs. You will work closely with the Managing Director in Abu Dhabi and the engineering team to turn identified business problems into fixed‑fee proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of trading houses, medical and pharmaceutical distributors, manufacturers and contractors across Damascus, Aleppo and the coastal governorates.
• Generate opportunities through outbound calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, industry events and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to map current enquiry handling, manual processes and associated costs.
• Demonstrate Soluvide’s AI assistants and automation tools, clearly explaining functionality and limitations.
• Prepare detailed scoping briefs for the engineering team to enable a fixed‑fee proposal within 24 hours.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement, handling objections, commercial terms and coordinating technical calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all accounts, contacts, stages and next actions.
• Report market feedback to shape product positioning and development priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and engage decision‑makers such as owners, general managers and operations directors.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on understanding client processes and pain points.
