BIM Manager – Airport & Mega Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling on complex airport, aviation and large‑scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will drive BIM standards, coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure delivery of high‑quality digital assets from design through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and establish BIM standards, workflows, and quality‑control procedures.
• Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, Civil and Infrastructure disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, resolve design clashes using Navisworks or similar platforms, and oversee model development from design to construction handover.
• Maintain compliance with client BIM requirements, international standards (ISO 19650) and monitor model quality, LOD compliance and data integrity.
• Administer Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
• Support construction teams with 4D sequencing, 5D cost integration, digital construction planning and project reporting.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Modelers, promote best practices and prepare progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a BIM Management role on large‑scale projects.
• Proven experience on airport, aviation facilities, transportation infrastructure or mega‑project environments.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
