Senior Contracts Manager – Airport Construction Project

About the role

The Senior Contracts Manager will lead all contract administration activities for a major airport construction project in Syria. This role combines legal, commercial and technical expertise to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and manage EPC, subcontractor, consultant and supplier agreements.
• Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT) and dispute‑resolution processes.
• Provide contractual advice to project management, commercial, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor contractual risks, implement mitigation strategies and maintain all contractual correspondence and records.
• Support cost control, change management and overall project commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, law or a related field.
• 15+ years of contract management experience on large‑scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts and international construction contract practices.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
