Compensation & Benefit Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly accurate, analytical, and experienced Compensation & Benefits Officer to manage the end‑to‑end payroll process, administer compensation and benefits programs, and support fair, compliant, and competitive pay practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process, including salary calculations, adjustments, deductions, overtime, allowances, and final settlements.
• Administer, review, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs in line with HR policies and business needs.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, grading systems, job evaluation frameworks, and compensation benchmarks.
• Prepare compensation budgets, payroll forecasts, labor cost analyses, and regular workforce cost reports.
• Lead annual salary reviews, promotion cycles, incentive schemes, and merit increase processes.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, compensation, benefits, tax, labor law, and social security regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries on salaries, deductions, benefits, incentives, and final settlements with confidentiality.
• Monitor compensation data and payroll trends to provide insights for management decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness in coordination with HR and Finance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
• Previous experience in a compensation and benefits role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Very good English language proficiency.
• Strong computer skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, reporting, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
