Data Entry Operator – Idlib Health Center

About the role

The Data Entry Operator will support the Autism Center in Idlib by receiving children, caregivers, and visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an accurate and secure health‑center database. This full‑time, onsite position works under the supervision of the Facility Admin Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Receive children, caregivers, and visitors and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Enter patients’ and visitors’ information into the health‑center database.
• Organise, secure, and regularly review data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain databases that preserve data integrity.
• Prepare required reports based on collected data.
• Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and technical guidance of the M&E Officer, ensure all beneficiary data collection processes are correctly executed.
• Compile data for monitoring and evaluation activities and support reporting.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and technical supervision of the M&E Officer.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and database management.
