About the role

Beit Karam, a community organization for education, healing, and rebuilding in Syria, is seeking a Director of Learning to lead its learning initiatives. The role will support Syrian youth and families returning after displacement, providing training, mentorship, and creative learning opportunities. The Director will work closely with Karam Foundation and Karam Evi partners, contributing to restoring dignity and rebuilding futures across the Syrian diaspora. The position involves shaping programs that help youth discover potential, explore creative learning, and heal from trauma. The Director will also collaborate with local communities to ensure programs are culturally relevant and sustainable, advancing the vision of a generation of changemakers, dreamers, and leaders for a free, thriving Syria.
