Early Childhood Development Incentive Worker – Hassaka/Raqqa

About the role

The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Incentive Worker will support the IRC‑Sesame Workshop "Ahlan Simsim" programme, delivering early learning and nurturing‑care messages to children and caregivers affected by conflict and displacement in Hassaka, Raqqa.

Key responsibilities

• Disseminate and implement the programme’s service and awareness messages.
• Conduct community sessions that introduce early learning concepts.
• Introduce the programme’s services to local communities and link families to those services.
• Assist programme staff in meeting work requirements and reporting needs.
• Support monitoring activities by gathering community feedback.

Required profile

• Works under the direct supervision of the Early Childhood Development Program Officer‑HSK.
• Capable of delivering programme messages and facilitating awareness sessions.
• Able to introduce and connect local communities to programme services.
