Financial Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Nuummite Consulting is seeking a Financial Customer Support Specialist to assist end‑users of a governance platform tailored for non‑profit organisations. The role combines customer service with a solid understanding of accounting principles, helping clients interpret financial scores and resolve platform issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via CRM, email and online meetings.
• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the governance platform.
• Explain financial and governance scores generated from submitted statements and evaluation forms.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Create and maintain Arabic knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, user manuals, training materials and instructional videos.
• Conduct online training sessions to guide users on platform utilisation.
• Monitor and meet service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, SLA adherence and First Contact Resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field (diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome).
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, support or a financial/accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and basic reporting.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written Modern Standard Arabic.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Arabic.
