HMA Operations Team Leader

About the role

The HMA Operations Team Leader supports the HMA Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring and following up HMA operations in Syria, ensuring activities are implemented in line with operational priorities, project targets, donor commitments and DRC procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day planning and coordination of HMA activities.
• Provide leadership and management for the Program Support Officer, Radio Operator and Supply Chain Assistant.
• Ensure the team’s work is coordinated and responsive to operational requirements.
• Act as the primary link between field operations and support functions, facilitating information flow.
• Oversee operational support, reporting, data management and administrative tasks.
