HR Manager – Build & Lead HR Function

About the role

Rhodes Real Estate is seeking an experienced HR Manager to design and lead its human‑resources function. You will own the full employee lifecycle, create scalable processes, and shape a performance‑driven culture as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
• Build and manage performance and KPI evaluation systems.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity and overall employee performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Design onboarding, training, development and retention programs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing and organizational needs.
• Support the evolution of the company’s organizational structure.
• Analyze HR data and prepare regular management reports.
• Promote a strong, accountable, performance‑oriented culture.
• Continuously improve HR processes and introduce efficient systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of practical HR and recruitment experience.
• Strong background in recruitment and employee management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
• Good understanding of performance management and KPIs.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in fast‑growing companies or startups is a plus.
