HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Employee Management

About the role

ExeQut is looking for a proactive HR Specialist to support day‑to‑day HR operations and talent acquisition. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees, help implement HR policies, and contribute to building a strong people‑centered culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Maintain employee records, HR letters, attendance and timesheets.
• Implement and update HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and performance‑management cycles.
• Manage talent acquisition activities: sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication and hiring.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Propose and support initiatives related to employee experience, culture, engagement and process improvement.
• Research HR best practices and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate clear communication and mediation between staff and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
