Investment Consultant – Damascus

About the role

We are seeking a driven, client‑focused Investment Consultant to join Respect Services as we open a new office in Damascus. The role will help establish our presence in the Syrian market by providing professional advice on citizenship and residency‑by‑investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide accurate advice on citizenship and residency‑by‑investment solutions.
• Generate new leads and proactively develop business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while upholding high ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about company services, market developments, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client advisory, or investment consultancy.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to understand client needs.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
