Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join HiRO Health’s marketing team. The role will support the execution of our integrated digital health marketing strategy across the Middle East, ensuring campaigns and content are delivered on time and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of the marketing plan, monitoring progress against defined objectives.
• Organise day‑to‑day activities of the marketing department and track task distribution within the team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing activities with operational needs.
• Manage communication and coordination with external service providers, such as marketing agencies.
• Oversee the preparation and publishing of marketing content across digital channels.
• Track campaign performance and report results.
• Organise promotional events and contribute to new marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in marketing coordination or operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong planning, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage external partnerships.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Experience using content management platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign management processes.
