Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing hospitality group in Damascus. The role will support branding, social media, and marketing campaigns across our food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage social media content calendars with internal teams and agencies.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and external suppliers.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as menus, packaging, POSM, and in‑store branding.
• Coordinate new product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Manage relationships with delivery platforms and marketing partners.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Support PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and community activations.
• Coordinate printing, production, and installation of marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (hospitality or F&B experience is a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience working with creative agencies and production suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
