About the role

The Social Media Content Creator — AI, Video & CGI is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Damascus. You will plan, produce and publish engaging social‑media content that showcases SYNC’26 and community initiatives, using AI‑driven storytelling, short‑form video and CGI‑enhanced visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate and design social‑media campaigns that highlight SYNC’26 and related initiatives.
• Script, storyboard, film and edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with designers and AI specialists to integrate CGI and AI‑generated assets.
• Optimize published content for reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor tech, AI and digital‑innovation trends, interact with the online community and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.

Required profile

• Strong social‑media content creation skills, including short‑form video production and basic CGI or motion‑graphics experience.
• Proficiency with video‑editing software and AI‑powered creative tools (generative video, image and text platforms).
• Experience developing and executing social‑media strategies for engagement, audience growth and event promotion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic CGI / motion‑graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
• AI‑generated content platforms for video, image and text creation.
