Materials & Testing EngineerQualification: BSc Civil Engineering or Building Materials | Experience: minimum 10 years |Responsible for quality control of construction materials — sampling and testing soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete; verifying compliance with specs; managing supplier/material approvals and QA/QC documentation.Requirements: proven materials testing/QC experience, experience outside Syria, knowledge of testing standards (ASTM/AASHTO or equivalent), strong documentation accuracy.
