Nurse – Women & Children Health Services

About the role

The role involves delivering comprehensive health services to women and children at the Aldana Primary Health Center in Idleb, Syria. The nurse will provide obstetric, gynecological and pediatric care, ensuring patient comfort, safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and follow‑up assessments, including vital signs, weight, height and visual acuity.
• Administer prescribed treatments, nursing procedures and medication as directed.
• Educate patients and families on prenatal care, gynecological health, child health and preventive measures.
• Maintain strict infection‑control practices and uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, midwives and other health staff to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Document patient information accurately in clinic records.

Required profile

• Experience in providing obstetric and child health services.
• Ability to measure vital signs and perform basic nursing procedures.
• Knowledge of infection‑control protocols and patient education.
