About the role

The OSP Network Designer will lead the design of civil and fiber‑optic infrastructure for telecom projects in Damascus. You will ensure designs meet local codes, industry best practices, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

Review site survey reports to validate civil and fiber infrastructure data.
Develop detailed network designs and engineering drawings using QGIS/ArcGIS or similar tools.
Generate and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to reflect all materials, labour and equipment.
Maintain documentation of design changes, survey validations and as‑built redlines.

Required profile

Minimum 7 years of telecom experience, with at least 5 years in design/engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
International experience in developed markets.
Fluent English.

Required skills

Proficiency with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS).
Experience using AutoCAD for civil and fiber design.
Knowledge of OSP processes, local and national codes.
