Pre‑Sales Consultant – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Pre‑Sales Consultant to join our cybersecurity team in Syria. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and security challenges, translating those needs into tailored solutions that protect their digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to capture business objectives, technical environments, and risk priorities.
• Translate requirements into customized cybersecurity solutions and recommendations.
• Support solution design, architecture, scope, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Develop RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, SOWs, presentations, and solution briefs.
• Lead or support demos, PoCs, technical workshops, and executive briefings.
• Assist sales throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification to contract award.
• Contribute to business development, account expansion, cross‑selling, and up‑selling.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, risks, assumptions, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners while nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales, technical sales, solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, services and market dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to work in Syria.
