Project Manager Qualification: BSc Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) | Experience: minimum 20 years | Oversees the entire road project lifecycle — planning, execution, delivery. Manages engineering teams, contractors, and consultants; ensures compliance with technical specs, budget, and schedule; handles risk management, client/government coordination, and final technical approvals. Requirements: proven road-project leadership experience, experience outside Syria, strong leadership/decision-making skills, familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera), fluent English.
