Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Syria to lead portfolio strategy, marketing activities and market execution for all brands and categories, aligning with the global brand and marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the Syria annual marketing plan for all company brands, translating global positioning into zone‑specific plans and adapting portfolio tiering, pricing and messaging to local context.
• Adapt and deploy global campaign toolkits, manage creative localization, and lead media execution across TV, OOH, radio and digital, as well as local PR, influencer and content partnerships.
• Oversee shopper marketing implementation, including POSM toolkit requirements, in‑store campaign activation, and coordination with the Sales Director on promotion calendars.
• Identify and develop local innovation opportunities such as new flavors or pack sizes, build consumer business cases and support centrally led “big bet” innovations with local insights.
• Track brand KPIs (awareness, penetration, equity, consideration), conduct competitor analysis with Market Intelligence, and report zone performance to Global/CoE.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with zone leadership, sales, operations, R&D and finance, managing the local marketing budget and ensuring ROI.
• Maintain governance and process discipline by managing budgets, reporting and adherence to marketing standards.
