Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing international patients, explaining dental and aesthetic services and guiding them through treatment options. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries, conduct consultations and understand patient needs.
• Prepare and present service proposals, follow up on leads and convert them into bookings.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment plans with clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and monitor market trends.
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales and client relationship skills, including negotiation and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to explain complex information clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and responsiveness toward diverse international clients.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn dental‑industry concepts and work on‑site in Damascus.
