About the role

The Channel Sales Engineer will drive growth by building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. This role focuses on expanding market presence through proactive outreach, market research, and tailored presentations.

Key responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to expand our customer base and increase market presence.
Conduct detailed market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and participating in trade shows and other industry events.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services, tailored to a diverse audience.
Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections.
Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve better results together.
Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to guide business strategies.
