Business Development Manager – Cisco SMB

About the role

The Business Development Manager for Cisco SMB will drive sales of Cisco solutions to partners targeting the small‑to‑medium business market in Syria. The role involves creating and executing strategic plans to acquire and grow SMB business through Logicom’s partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of the SMB plan in Syria and align with Cisco SMB teams.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new SMB‑focused partners and maintain strong reseller relationships.
• Conduct partner enablement activities such as training, workshops and certifications.
• Promote managed services offerings and guide partners through Cisco program registration.
• Ensure appropriate inventory availability and gather market intelligence.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities with accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3‑5 years of IT sales experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience selling Cisco products and services.
• Strong understanding of the SMB market and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Local residency in Syria.
