Senior HR Operations Officer

About the role

The Senior HR Operations Officer leads the end‑to‑end delivery of core HR processes, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and off‑boarding run smoothly and efficiently. This role also oversees the maintenance and optimisation of HR information systems, driving continuous improvement across the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline and enhance HR processes through simplification, technology upgrades and integration with talent initiatives.
• Consult with managers to identify staffing needs and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures.
• Develop short‑ and long‑range staffing plans aligned with organisational goals and competency requirements.
• Gather and analyse HR data, produce reports, and draft correspondence, memoranda and other documentation.
• Maintain and update HR documentation such as organisational charts, employee handbooks, directories and performance evaluation forms.
• Collaborate with senior management to design and implement personnel policies that comply with legislation and industry standards.
• Provide daily HR support to all locations, ensuring consistent application of policies, systems and compliance with local and international regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling HR data and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with managers at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage multiple HR lifecycle stages simultaneously.
