Senior MEP Technical Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MEP Technical Manager to lead all engineering and technical aspects of our projects. The role covers value engineering, construction methodology, design and shop drawing preparation, material submittals and securing statutory approvals. You will drive MEP strategies that support business objectives and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement MEP strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee planning, execution and completion of MEP projects, ensuring quality, budget compliance and timely delivery.
• Provide technical expertise from design through commissioning, solving complex engineering challenges.
• Coordinate integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and promote cross‑disciplinary teamwork.
• Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and engineering requirements.
• Evaluate and improve engineering processes, adopting new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Control project budgets, monitor expenditures and recommend cost‑saving measures.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing engineering team.
• Support HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MEP engineering, preferably in airport or integrated systems projects.
• Strong background in construction engineering, design drawing preparation and statutory approval processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale projects, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering cost‑effective solutions.
