Social Media Content Creator – Creative Marketing Role

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join Paymera, a leading e‑payment company in Damascus. You will craft compelling written material for a variety of marketing channels, ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, slogans, and messaging for marketing campaigns.
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, advertisements, website pages, landing pages, product descriptions, and email newsletters.
• Produce press releases, promotional and educational content, and internal communications as needed.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager, graphic designers, product, sales and customer‑care teams to align content with visual assets and business objectives.
• Research market trends, competitor messaging, and audience interests to generate fresh ideas.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English Literature, Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in content writing, copywriting or creative writing.
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling abilities.
