Technical Sales & Marketing Specialist (AI & Software Solutions)

About the role

Innosentra, a company with over 15 years of experience in technical solutions, offers AI-powered intelligent software solutions that turn raw visual data into business insights, covering smart retail analytics, traffic monitoring, security surveillance and industrial vision. It is looking for a Technical Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth, able to turn complex technical architectures into clear value propositions for B2B clients. The position is based in Damascus and can also be done remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close B2B deals in retail, security, traffic management, industrial and construction sectors.
• Pitch the core capabilities: custom deep learning models, multi-camera re-identification, data analytics dashboards and software development lifecycles.
• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns promoting the brand as a leader in AI engineering and smart camera solutions.
• Run virtual and in-person product demonstrations showing how secure servers and smart algorithms integrate with existing systems.
• Write proposals, sales decks, website copy and marketing collateral in excellent English.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional-level spoken and written English, essential for negotiations and marketing materials.
• Ability to understand and explain AI, computer vision, big data, API integrations and cloud hosting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years of B2B sales, marketing or business development experience, preferably in software, IT services, SaaS or AI.
• Strategic thinker who can spot market trends and new opportunities; self-starter who manages the full sales pipeline.
