Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning large data sets into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will support various business units by delivering both recurring and ad‑hoc analyses, helping the organization make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand day‑to‑day business challenges and translate them into data‑focused questions.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, including MS Dynamics 365.
• Develop clear visualisations, dashboards, pivot tables and interactive charts using Excel 365, Power BI and Power Apps.
• Merge multiple data queries into master files for sales, stock levels and item classifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data files and ensure data quality.
• Extract meaningful insights and work with the Brand Manager to turn findings into decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional data‑analysis experience.
• Familiarity with international brands such as Schneider, Legrand or Siemens is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – Data Queries and DAX.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data extraction.
• SQL (preferred).
• Power BI (added value).
• Power Apps (added value).
