About the role

EPO Power & Control Trading is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer to join its Control Division. The role is based on‑site and focuses on providing technical support, communicating with clients, and delivering sales presentations and proposals.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot electrical power and control issues for customers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals that showcase customized power‑control solutions.
  • Build and maintain new customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery and support.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Syrian driving licence (required for on‑site visits).
  • Experience in the Power & Control industry is a plus.

Required skills

  • Technical support knowledge.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues.
