Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, shaping people strategies that drive business success. This senior leader will oversee all HR functions, ensuring a high‑performance, compliant, and engaging workplace across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and employee relations.
• Oversee compensation & benefits programs and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Drive employee engagement, DE&I initiatives and organizational development.
• Partner with senior leadership to support growth and change initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Background in the Power, Energy or Solar industry.
• Proven ability to design and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
