Finance Manager – Syria

About the role

Tiryaki Agro, a global leader in agricultural supply chain solutions, is seeking a Finance Manager for its Syria‑based subsidiary. The role will drive financial strategy, oversee accounting functions, and support the company’s growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, including general and cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to meet the company’s financing needs.
• Lead financial aspects of corporate initiatives and promote best practices in financial management.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to the board of directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or a comparable senior finance role.
• Proven experience handling bank transactions and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of local accounting standards.
• Fluent in English, Turkish, and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• High competence with Microsoft Office applications.
