FireFighting & HVAC Specialist

About the role

Smart Techno Center (STC) is seeking a full‑time, on‑site FireFighting & HVAC Specialist for its Damascus office. The specialist will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC systems while also overseeing firefighting equipment and conducting regular safety inspections. The role requires strong technical expertise, strict adherence to safety standards and a customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain HVAC systems in client sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment.
• Oversee, inspect and maintain firefighting systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Provide professional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Work under high‑pressure situations while following strict safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with firefighting, plumbing and HVAC system installation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive‑maintenance skills for both HVAC and firefighting systems.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of fire‑safety protocols and equipment functionality (advantageous).
• Ability to work effectively in high‑pressure environments and adhere to safety standards.
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC, plumbing or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role focusing on HVAC and firefighting systems (highly desirable).
