Internal Auditor – Telecommunications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to lead comprehensive audits across all financial, operational and documentary cycles within our telecommunications business. The role ensures integrity, efficiency and compliance with IFRS, international auditing standards and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the full revenue cycle, including subscriptions, billing, collections and adjustments, ensuring completeness and preventing financial leakage.
• Audit the end‑to‑end procurement process, reviewing supplier invoices, approvals and payment schedules for compliance with policies and contracts.
• Audit operational and capital expenditures, verifying adherence to approved budgets and evaluating cost efficiency.
• Audit periodic financial reports for IFRS compliance, verifying accuracy of figures, disclosures and accounting policies.
• Audit telecommunications assets such as networks, towers and equipment, confirming proper capitalization, classification and depreciation.
• Audit operational and technical processes to ensure alignment with approved plans and performance metrics.
• Audit HR policies, payroll, benefits and compliance with labor regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and ensure compliance with internal manuals and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an internal auditor in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international auditing standards.
• Ability to conduct end‑to‑end audits across multiple business functions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
