Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Design Specialist to join EPO Power & Control Trading, a provider of customized electrical power solutions in Qatar and Syria. The successful candidate will combine creative design expertise with digital marketing know‑how to strengthen our brand and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop marketing and promotional materials that reflect the company’s brand identity.
• Create and maintain visual content, including graphics and layouts, for various channels.
• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and online advertising platforms.
• Produce and edit high‑quality marketing videos and other multimedia assets.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken and reading).
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional design software.
• Ability to create, edit and produce high‑quality marketing videos.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and online advertising.
• Experience planning, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
