Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will work on‑site in Homs, engaging directly with potential and existing customers to promote Al Boraq Telecom’s products and services. This full‑time position focuses on field‑based activities, requiring frequent visits to client locations and a strong understanding of telecom offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned territories to generate leads, present product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Prepare simple daily and weekly reports for the sales and customer support teams.
• Negotiate, close sales, and achieve or exceed defined sales targets.
• Stay updated on product updates, market trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field or outdoor sales, preferably within telecommunications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, able to organise daily routes, manage time independently, and handle rejection positively.
• Familiarity with the local market in Homs and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory customer service.
