Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Madar Building Materials is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand its presence in Damascus Governorate and surrounding regions. You will represent a comprehensive portfolio of wood, steel, aluminum, and insulation products, engaging directly with contractors, developers, and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers to present product offerings and identify sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.
• Provide responsive customer service, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely order processing.
• Report regularly on sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the local market dynamics in Damascus Governorate.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
