Procurement Specialist

About the role

Rand LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Procurement Specialist to join its team in Damascus. You will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring that the right materials and services are sourced, negotiated, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure cost‑effective terms.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply‑chain activities.
• Develop and sustain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgeting guidelines, and ethical sourcing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills for order tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
• Prior procurement experience is preferred but not mandatory.
