Sales Specialist - Heavy Machinery

About the role

Zoomlion Middle East is hiring a Sales Specialist for its growing business in Syria, working on site. The ideal candidate has strong local market knowledge, experience in heavy machinery sales, and the ability to build customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Identify potential customers and develop long-term client relationships.
• Support the Regional Manager in achieving business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Prepare sales proposals and coordinate product-related activities with internal and technical teams.
• Follow up on customer payments and support financial collection activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate payment follow-ups with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Previous experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment or related industries.
• Proven sales experience in the Syrian market is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the local construction and equipment market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
