Senior Technical Draftsman Engineer

About the role

We are establishing a new technical back‑office in Syria to support regional waterproofing projects. We seek a Senior Technical Draftsman Engineer to create precise drawings and support our UAE operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed technical and shop drawings.
• Interpret engineering concepts, architectural layouts, and project specifications into accurate drafting outputs.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, project teams, and management for technical clarifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and engineering requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience as a Technical or Civil Draftsman.
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with drafting software.
