Wholesale Sales Representative

About the role

The Wholesale Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Damascus, promoting AlSham’s range of household appliances to wholesale clients, distributors and retailers. The role focuses on building strong relationships, presenting product features and pricing, and achieving sales targets in the domestic and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit wholesale customers, distributors and retailers to present the product portfolio and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and ensure accurate sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback and report insights to the production and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records, reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably within household appliances or a related sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and work towards clear sales targets.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and visits.
• Willingness to work on‑site, conducting regular client visits in Damascus and surrounding areas.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in the Syrian market with Arabic proficiency; English is a plus.

• Proficiency with standard office software for reporting and order tracking.
