Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping and delivering strategic HR solutions that align with operational and organizational objectives. This role focuses on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower management.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience in the Power, Energy or Solar industry.
• Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
